Kingpin Tatsulow is a Legendary Fire affinity Tank from the Nocturna faction in Invokers Titan Legacy.
Tatsulow was in the game during the Closed Beta.
Before his exile, Tatsulow controlled a vast mafia in the Evernight Basin, and he could threaten even the Old Blood Barons. Revolution cost him much – his wealth, his contacts, his businesses… but his strength is no less than it ever was. Anyone trying to settle a score had better bring an army.

Skill 3, Reverb Crater – fixed a bug where the Deflection buff applied by this Skill was only being placed when the third hit landed as a critical. Now, it will place Deflection on up to 10 allies in range, regardless of whether this Skill lands as a critical hit
