Fixed an issue where this Invoker was not dealing the correct amount of Burn damage, based on the damage cap for their Rarity. In this case, the cap was raised from 150% to 200%
Skill 3, Librum Laser! – the second hit of this Skill now lands if the first hit removed a buff, as well as if the target has no buffs
Ultimate, Ultimate Corona Explosion! – this Ultimate now hits 9 enemies, instead of 8
