Rikharel the Seascale is a Epic Water affinity Tank from the Eldrin faction in Invokers Titan Legacy.
Rikharel’s loyalty is not to the Emerald Kingdom, but to the Great Serpents of the Windcut Sea – and few trust him as a consequence. He endures this distrust with wry humor, for despite their fears, the Eldrin dare not turn him away. His strength, and that of his masters, is far too great.
