Quinnto the Proclaimer is a Legendary Earth affinity Support from the Lightseekers faction in Invokers Titan Legacy.
Quinnto was added to the game in Patch 0.58.
Quinnto is a battle-librarian, someone whose words have literal power. He draws his strength from the Sainted Tract, a blessed book whose divine script is so incomprehensible to the untrained eye, that trying to read more a few sentences would drive you mad. Quinnto has managed to make it halfway through the Tract – further than any other Lightseeker scholar. It's a tough read.
